*We strongly recommend weighing out every dose either into a dosing cup or directly into your portafilter,
*Distributing the grounds with the WDT technique (AutoComb or similar recommended) to ensure an even brew. Or at a minimum shaking the grounds in your dosing cup.
*Tamping evenly and consistently. Tamping isn’t an Olympic sport, the coffee grounds just need to be compressed to the point of not falling out of the portafilter. Those with a Puqpress please set at 15kg.
